I am a British Trained Dramatherapist (MA) working in Zuid-Holland

I specialise in Dramatherapy for children with
developmental disorders and learning difficulties such as:

Autistic spectrum disorders
Down’s Syndrome
Dyslexia
Dyspraxia
ADHD
Emotional and Behavioural difficulties

Dramatherapy uses action methods such as play, masks,
puppets, sand-play, role-play, art, music, story-telling and
fairytales to facilitate creativity, imagination, self esteem,
learning, insight and growth.

I work with children on an individual or group basis in
the child’s home or at school.

I am currently in the process of obtaing registration to
asses for Irlen Syndrome. A method of reading through colours
using coloured overlays or special lenses that can help children and
adults with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia to develop better reading
comprehension. Irlen Syndrome has also been diognosed in people who have an autistic spectrum disorder. This service will be available in January 2007. In the mean time I can offer advice on Irlen syndrome to children and adults.

For more information on Dramatherapy or Irlen Syndrome please contact Annabelle on the following:
